Yes. Soft-washing uses a biocide and low pressure rather than high pressure, so it lifts the staining without taking the top layer off the render with it. We never use a turbo nozzle on render.
Eventually yes — anything north-facing or shaded will get algae again. Most patios stay clean for 2 to 3 years after a soft-wash. We offer an annual touch-up at a discounted rate if you want to stay on top of it.
Yes. The fascia, soffit and gutter front face get cleaned at the same visit, usually for not much more than the patio job on its own.
