Render, masonry, sash windows, soffits, fascias and front doors. We mask, prep and repaint properly with the right product for the substrate, not whatever was on sale at the merchants.

The four areas every exterior painting appointment with TSR runs through as standard. Scope and price scale with the project.
Pebbledash, smooth render and brick walls cleaned, repaired, sealed and repainted in breathable masonry paint that does not flake off in two winters.
Period sash windows and box frames burnt-off, primed, undercoated and finished in a proper exterior gloss or satin.
PVC cleaned and refreshed where possible. Timber stripped, repaired and repainted where the boards are still sound.
Front doors stripped back, repaired and finished in the colour you actually want, with a proper marine-grade product for sun-facing doors.
On a properly prepped masonry job, 10 to 12 years before it needs another coat. On softwood timber, 4 to 6 years between full repaints, with light touch-up sooner. The figure varies with aspect, exposure and how rotten the timber was when we started.
Usually yes, on anything two-storey or above. We arrange the scaffold ourselves through a long-standing South East London scaffolder; it comes priced into the quote, no separate invoices.
Yes. Small rotten sections cut out and spliced, larger ones replaced with matching timber. Fixed properly before the paint goes near it.
TSR covers South East London and just over as a matter of course. Pick your area for a local page, or get in touch directly.
